Automotive batteries are chosen primarily for their starting, lighting, ignition (SLI) capabilities. The battery size and performance specifications are determined by OEMs based on vehicle requirements. Automotive batteries, also referred to as car batteries, are developed and manufactured for application in passenger vehicles.

Motorcyclists are looking for quality batteries that feature power performance and freedom from maintenance. AutoX provides a full motorcycle range, including maintenance-free options and SABAT Lithium and AGM batteries, engineered for dependable starting and relentless vibration, on road and off. These products are also utilised in all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), jet-skis and quad bikes.

The majority of batteries used for leisure vehicles and sports mobiles are based on deep-cycle technology. AutoX provides battery solutions for leisure and outdoor applications such as camping, caravans, and water sports e.g. boats or jet skis. Battery types include flooded lead-acid cells, valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) AGM, GEL, lead-carbon cells as well as Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries.
